Interiors

Each villa is completely centrally air-conditioned with three package units to allow for individual settings.

The aluminium sliding doors and windows are double-glazed and all other doors and gates are made from timber.

Hot water is also centralized. Each room is provided with sufficient number of telephone, TV, satellite and electrical sockets and each floor with an intercom telephone set.

The kitchen has an ample number of cupboards and drawers, and is fully equipped with built in oven, refrigerator, dishwashing machine and microwave oven.

Both washing machine and dryer are located in the ground floor bath room.
